Building and developing a marketing Strategy

Martyn will explore what an effective strategy looks like, good practice models from across industries as well as how to measure performance, data and target setting. The session will also highlight the importance of strategic alignment with the wider institutional strategy, communicating the strategy to secure buy in / head and minds and any cultural change / transformation that is required.
