Abi has been working for, or with, not-for-profits for over 15 years. She started her career as a fundraiser at the food redistribution charity FareShare; helping to establish it as a new national charity that she is proud to have seen flourish over the years since.

Abi has spent the past 12 years working agency-side at GOOD Agency and now Black Bear Creative - leading the teams working with charity clients such as WWF, RSPB, ActionAid and Samaritans, and higher education institutions including the universities of Bristol, Leeds, Southampton, Sheffield Hallam and Surrey, The Royal Academy of Music, St George's School Weybridge and The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.

As Client Services Director she has overall responsibility for project delivery including strategic implementation, insight development, creative output and client liaison.
