CASE in Africa
CASE's commitment to Africa
Since 2003, CASE has been dedicated to advancing educational institutions across Africa. While advancement alone is not a cure-all and faces its own set of challenges, a vibrant network of professionals in African advancement has emerged. This network, comprising vice-chancellors and academic leaders across the continent, plays a crucial role in mobilizing resources through their engaged communities. CASE's mission is to fortify this existing network, embedding advancement practices more deeply within African institutions.
To date, over 125 African universities from 13 countries have participated in one or more CASE conferences held in Africa. Additionally, many have travelled to attend CASE training programs in the UK and the US.
CASE is actively seeking new partnerships and strategic relationships to enhance its work in Africa. For any enquiries, please contact Rob Henry, Vice President of People and Culture, at rhenry@case.org
