Ann joined the Hong Kong International School in July 2019. She brings a broad range and wealth of experience in leading Advancement teams through annual and capital campaigns and with endowments, planned giving, events, and data management, amongst others. Prior to HKIS, Ann served as the Director of Advancement at the Fay School, a K-9 independent school in Southborough MA.  During her tenure at Fay, Ann led fundraising efforts for a number of capital projects such as a theatre renovation and new dormitory, as well as for endowments.  Her accomplishments in the Advancement area prior to Fay School include helping to execute 250th anniversary events at The Governor’s Academy and while at Choate Rosemary Hall, successfully completing a US$200 million capital campaign in collaboration with her team of 32 development professionals.  Ann has a strong background raising money in Asia dating back to 2008.

Ann’s professional career has also spanned other industries; she has held various management positions at the Marriott Corporation, Hyatt Hotels and American Express. A graduate of St. Louis University, Ann and her husband, Andrew, have two adult children, Sterling and Julia, who attended Fay School and then Deerfield Academy.
