University advancement recently created the analytics and insights team to become a partner in growth for UA by fostering a culture of analytics. This will increase our agility and ability to innovate by encouraging employees to become more data-driven; as exploring data and reaching new insights becomes easier and faster. This will change the way data is managed, viewed, and acted on, which will improve how thoroughly and thoughtfully we can evaluate, learn from, and act upon our supporters’ behaviors.
