Rethinking Gift Tables: A New Data-Driven Approach to Campaign Planning Pyramids
From the Nominator
We were tasked to create a campaign planning pyramid (gift table) tool that would be informed by our institution’s historical revenue and prospect behavior and would allow our leadership to interactively plug in a variety of assumptions in order to evaluate multiple campaign scenarios. The end result was not only an instrument that successfully accomplished what we set out to do, but one which did so utilizing an original methodology that we believe will be more accurate and effective.
From the Judges
Impressive insights into campaign pyramids. Like the application of past data to support the strategic need to determine realistic gift tables. Impressive how broad the involvement was in the process. Achieving leadership support was a home run.
