Engagement: Volunteer Engagement
Entries should detail how you created robust participation by a group of volunteers in helping to advance the institution in a meaningful way. Volunteers can be alumni, students, and faculty/staff, as well as external constituents.

Volunteer recruitment initiatives
Mentor programs
Community service projects
Do not enter:
Fundraising initiatives. Enter those in the appropriate fundraising category.
Judges will score nominations from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest) in these five areas:
Ability to serve as a model for other institutions
Creativity and innovation
Impact and results
Strategy and methodology
Use of resources (budget, people, and time) and return on investment
Judges also may consider:
Quality and clarity of nomination and supporting materials
Special circumstances/overcoming adversity
