Moving into the independent education sector after a number of years in national magazines and custom publishing, Ben joined St Joseph's College Hunters Hill in 2017 as the marketing and communications manager. He has over 10 years of brand, design and communications management at both The King's School and St Aloysius' College.

Ben's expertise includes brand and identity development, crafting impactful communications strategies as well as campaign development. He has a reputation for developing strategies, creative solutions, and finished product in-house, utilising the skills of staff on hand, and minimising the often high cost of outsourcing.
