Carol Bassie is an advancement professional with 13 years of experience in the field. Currently, she is Director of Alumni and Parent Communities at Drew University where, in the past four years, she has completely transformed the alumni relations function from an events-based focus to one that meets alumni where they want to be met in meaningful ways. That transformation has included, among many other developments, the formation of several professional and identity based affinity networks that are supported with active volunteer leadership.
