Dr. Carrie Grimes is a skilled and dynamic educational administrator with a broad array of experiences in private school and university settings. With expertise in alumni relations, early childhood education, strategic planning, advancement, and programmatic design, Dr. Grimes thrives by interacting with a wide range of stakeholders including toddlers through adolescents, parents, donors and alumni. Her career has afforded her with the opportunity to collaborate with professionals including special educators, advancement teams, teachers, religious leaders, academics, and community based organizations. Dr. Grimes serves on the faculties of University of Maryland's School of Education and Johns Hopkins University School Education, and her research focuses on community engagement and social identity frameworks within educational settings.
