The Graduate Trainee Programme (GTP) is one-year extensive programme for talents to explore roles in educational fundraising, alumni relations, communications or marketing, collectively known as the advancement profession.
Whilst trainees benefit from professional development at the host institution, CASE focuses on helping them take their first steps in advancement by delivering a series of online learning workshops, as well as a complementary programme of in-person training and networking opportunities.
Furthermore, CASE aspires to prepare them, so they arrive with both, a determination to bring their valuable perspectives within the sector, and the confidence to connect with various career pathways that are key to help transform lives.
The CASE Graduate Alumni Community counts 118 past trainees, among which 82 remain in advancement or working in other supportive professions. A number of them also continue their journey whilst supporting CASE as volunteers!
Graduate Trainees will have a unique opportunity to attend a range of CASE programmes, enabling them to learn from practitioners across the sector, while also benefitting from tailored coaching to support them in their next career step.
