Catherine is a skilled strategic planner who creates innovative and appealing initiatives to capture and engage communities. Catherine strongly believes that when someone feels that they belong to a community, they become enthusiastic and passionate and if nurtured, their sense of belonging can develop into a valued and deep emotional connection to that community for life.

Catherine manages the alumni programme for Australia's largest independent co-educational school, Haileybury. With five campuses throughout Australia and one in China, the opportunity to engage alumni globally is profound. Catherine regularly volunteers her expertise to numerous other communities where she herself, belongs.
