Ms. Allan is a professional fundraiser with over 18 years' experience. She enjoyed a successful career in Scotland working in the areas of leadership development, conservation and disability before moving to Australia in 2008.

Her focus in Australia have been higher education but she has also spent time in healthcare. With deeply embedded personal values, Fiona has always had a desire to make a difference in civil society. Her time spent at leadership development organisations in the UK firmly set these values into action and since then she has engaged both in a professional and volunteer capacity to make a difference.
