Session Description: Traditions play a vital role in how students, alumni and the wider community form a connection with their school. Hear from practitioners from a variety of school backgrounds as they share the components that make a tradition and how to establish traditions (or sunset traditions).
This interactive panel discussion will help you reflect on and establish your own traditions that will create lifelong engagement with your alumni community.
Hear how three colleagues have successfully incorporated traditions that are relevant, purposeful, and fitting for their community.
