At Berkeley, we found that strategic and thoughtful communication touch-points are critical to fundraising success. As members of fundraising teams, we partner with donor relations colleagues to leverage centralized stewardship resources, as well as producing custom touch-points for donors in our team’s portfolio. In our session, we will share methods for engaging major and principal gift level donors through customized and targeted correspondence, well-timed stewardship reporting, and personalized video messages to sustain momentum throughout the solicitation cycle and build lifelong relationships between donors and our institution.
