This session will explore the challenging political climate related to DEI and the role of Inclusive Philanthropy, which includes overcoming barriers related to one dimensional data and Institutionalized biases. Tools will be provided to assist with strategic data gathering, asset mapping and cross collaboration across the Institution. Steps will be shared to assist attendees in drafting a formal case statement outline to use as a roadmap for donors committed to advancing racial equity and social justice.
