Session Description: At San Francisco State University, we've seen exponential growth over the past years in the number of alumni and friends who volunteered with the Alumni Association, from 25 in 2015 to 150 in 2022. We'll share our strategic growth practices that produced higher engagement over the years despite the small but mighty size of our team of 6 full-time professionals tasked with outreach to reach out to nearly 300,000 contactable alumni.
