This is an interactive session that will take you on a typical communication journey from the perspective of one of our alumni. Giving real-life and ‘real-time’ examples, this session will walk you through the (often painful) process of keeping our communications strategic, and therefore more closely aligning the alumni relations and fundraising objectives of our department. With limited staff, time and budget, this session will also explore how you can best utilise your communications to accomplish several goals at once.
