Under Construction: How Effective Team Building Increases Productivity
Chaminade High School has been serving the Long Island community since its founding in 1930. The school is owned and operated by the Society of Mary, the Marianists. Its 1,700 men study a rigorous co-curricular, liberal-arts curriculum in an atmosphere that emphasizes the development of Christian community and education of the heart.
In recent years, the administrative staff has placed heavy emphasis on developing a highly-talented workforce to effectively live out the school's mission. Recognizing and understanding the way people operate, think, and act in the workplace is more important than ever. Moreover, the way a team of people works and collaborates together directly affects output, efficacy, and productivity. This session will cover the core areas that Chaminade focuses on to continue its mission of quality and affordable education through the use of team-building tactics.
