Welcome to Texas! Join us at the famous Stubb’s BBQ to take part in the Austin tradition of listening to live music and enjoying delicious food with good friends and colleagues. Drinks, entertainment, and southwestern fare for meat eaters and vegetarians will be provided.

*Note: much of the reception, including the food and entertainment will be outside so please dress accordingly. 

*Shuttle buses will be provided to and from the reception. Buses to the reception will leave from the main entrance of the JW Marriott Austin starting at 5:30 pm. The last bus back to the hotel from Stubbs Bar-B-Q departs at 7:45 pm. Attendees who do not take the buses back are responsible for their transportation back. 

*If you prefer to walk, it is a 15-minute walk between venues. Please see the recommended walking route below.
