It is easy to fall short when telling the story behind your year end numbers. It takes time to analyze that information, but it is so important. In my session, I will emphasize the significance behind "reading" your data to find the positive in the numbers, specifically with alumni donors. I will share my own recent journey where I was pushed to look at our alumni giving in a new light thanks to a challenge grant by a Foundation and guide those in attendance on how to do the same.
