.Ivy Tech Foundation is the largest singly-accredited community college in the country. They were founded in 1963 and have 75 academic programs serving nearly 180,000 students. With 43 locations across the state of Indiana, they employ approximately 6,500 faculty and staff.

In 2020 they started their journey to implement a cohesive CRM across multiple campuses.
They began the journey during the pandemic and work from home. They performed the implementation with a small and mighty team, and they had to learn an entirely new product and streamline their business processes.
