Elective Session
Session Description: For many non-profits, just finding enough staff and volunteers to keep day-to-day operations and established programs running can sometimes be a challenge. Instead of hiring additional staff, consider engaging volunteers to assist with the task of fundraising.
Volunteer fundraisers can actually be more effective than paid staff. They too can view fundraising as meaningful work and can inspire others as they lead by example, encouraging them to also give their time and monetary resources.
In this session, we will explore the basics of how to effectively engage volunteers in your organization’s fundraising efforts.
