If there’s one thing that successful fundraising relies upon, it’s communication. Donors need to be engaged, inspired, and understand the impact of their support, but it doesn’t stop there! In order to ensure that we’re providing the best possible experiences for donors – and retaining their loyalty and support - we need to make sure that behind the scenes, we are speaking the same language, and understand each others needs. In this session, we’ll discuss how seeing each other as partners, and working together from conception to completion of a project makes for a smoother journey, and investing time in developing a shared understanding the needs of all areas (from gift management, finance, data and data processing to donor stewardship) can transform the way we all work for the better.
