Change is afoot in educational advancement. We are required to navigate unique challenges – some internal and others external – that impact institutional brand, fundraising, communications, and financial sustainability. This session focuses on what it takes to thrive as an advancement professional during a transition time for our industry. It is intentionally designed for those in their first three years as an advancement professional, those new to the education sector, and those attending their first CASE conference. You will walk away with a deeper understanding of the wide range of skills required to constantly pivot, navigate change, and craft a successful career arc in the wonderful world of advancement. This pre-conference experience includes an opportunity to engage with important content during two keynote presentations as well as networking and learning from peers in small group discussions. You will also hear from a panel of diverse and experienced professionals on how best to craft your successful advancement career in times of change.
