Elective Session
Traditional methods of engagement are built upon demography and activity: “who you are and what you do’. While these measures are important – they are incomplete. Does action accurately represent passion and intent? How do we prioritize and efficiently target non donor populations?
Learn new methods of understanding engagement, awareness, identity, and passion. By capturing and predicting perception you can build a true “constituent 360” and opportunities to highlight MarComm ROI, and develop donor journeys. We will share successes, learnings, and next steps as you build engagement science in your program.
