Big Up Yourself!
Successful data management is not always flashy on its own. Sometimes it can be hard to communicate our wins, efforts and challenges to our colleagues outside of advancement services. Let's talk about how you can use metrics for your gifts and data management teams to highlight your successes, demonstrate accountability for your work, and drive buy-in and investment to advancement services. We'll also talk about how to use your measurement systems to spot areas of concern so you can adjust your strategies.

Transitioning to Digital Donor Communications
Digitizing from more manual paper processes is an important opportunity to help with effective processing. In this session, we will discuss the benefit and process for implementing electronic receipts, managing pledge reminders and how to create digital first solutions all while saving some dollars and some trees.

CASE Global Reporting Standards
Every institution has some level of data collection in place. What data are you collecting? Are you focused entirely on fundraising receipts or are you also capturing alumni engagement and new funds committed? Are you reporting on advancement investment? Is your institution following the CASE Global Reporting Standards? We will look at common counting dilemmas. If you have a question that is not covered, there will be an opportunity to ask for clarification or discussion.
