How can we support our alumni in the uncertain future of work? As career tracks are disappearing and demand increasing, we need to rethink our approach to career development, continuous learning and well-being. Towards this end, Aalto University has launched an initiative to create new resources and tools for students and alumni to design sustainable careers.
