Pledges, commitments, intentions, plans…what you call it at your organization, many of the same questions and pain points exist. In this session we’ll explore best practices for pledge forms, reminders, payment application, and pledge management. We will discuss how to structure and route commitment forms effectively, optimize pledge reminder generation and maintenance, determine if and how to apply the many kinds of ‘sticky gifts’ to a donor’s pledge, and manage pledge aging and past-due pledge management.
