The faculty will be joined by sitting vice presidents of three local universities for a panel discussion on strategies for identifying campus leaders and partners that need to be involved in transformational gift discussions, and strategies for engaging them. The panel will also explore managing potential risks and benefits of accommodating donor restrictions and requirements and managing questions of donor control and influence. Lastly, the faculty will discuss managing the expectations of university leaders in the wake of a transformational gift.
