Craig has spent nearly 15 years in the admission profession and has served as a Director at 3 different schools. Craig currently serves as the Director of Admissions & Enrollment at American School of Dubai (ASD). Prior to ASD, Craig served as the Director of Enrollment Management at All Saints' Episcopal School in Fort Worth, Texas. Craig is a certified admission professional and has presented internationally on topics related to Enrollment Management and Leadership. Craig also completed the Aspiring Heads Programme through NAIS in 2016.

Craig and his wife, Erica (also an educator) welcomed their two-year old daughter, Charlie in August of 2017.
