Daisy has close to 30 years of experience in brand building and communications covering a diverse portfolio including public administration, energy, public utility and higher education. She joined HKUST as Public Affairs Director in 2016 and since then has played a key role in offering strategic direction in public and marketing communication, media relations, issue management and community engagement. 

Since its inception in 1991, HKUST has rapidly risen in the global academic arena and has ranked world number one in the Times Higher Education (THE) Young University Rankings 2018 and 6th in THE World University Rankings 2018.

Daisy holds a master's degree in communication, a master's degree in cultural management and a bachelor's degree in arts.
