Bio
Danielle loves to make philanthropy fun and, as a fundraiser, seeks to make a positive impact in the world. She is passionate about community building and works to connect individuals and organizations with causes that they care about. With her creativity, enthusiasm, and ability to effectively bring people together, she inspires teams to take on projects that focus on storytelling and building engagement.
Danielle believes that all causes and people are important and that strong, healthy communities start with engaged citizens. Her experience working with people facing health, social, and economic barriers has cultivated her desire to create opportunities that help people—and communities—reach their full potential.
In her spare time, Danielle volunteers as much as possible. She currently sits on the board for the Vancouver Island chapter of AFP as the Vice Chair of National Philanthropy Day and on the Ambassador Committee for the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce. Both opportunities keep her connected with her local community and provide her with mentors that encourage her to continuously learn and grow.
