Academics are the lifeblood of our schools and universities – they teach our students, lead our research endeavours, provide expert advice and they inspire our donors. They are busy people. They are also key partners to success in advancement.
In this Deep Dive session, we will explore strategies and tactics for optimising academic engagement in advancement, including robust discussion about the challenges and opportunities of partnering with academics.
We will also have the opportunity hear from a leading Australian academic, who has demonstrated the impact of genuine partnership between Advancement and Academics through his leadership of Australia’s largest philanthropic campaign.
This is developed as an advanced session for senior-level practitioners responsible for leading advancement programmes.
