Flo is an internationally accredited coach and Partner at More Partnership. She has provided coaching, training, and mentoring to more than 300 people in Higher Education, schools, charities and the health sector. She is passionate about connecting individuals and groups with their purpose and potential, in person and online, and has wide-ranging experience in designing and delivering workshops and training programmes, often on complex subjects. As a consultant, she supports organisations with campaigns, major gifts strategy, and team and talent development. Previously, Florence spent 11 years in major gift fundraising and team leadership in the higher education and charity sectors including at Birkbeck, University of London, The Union Chapel and Margins Project, a homelessness charity
