Ieva, has 6 years of experience in Alumni Relations and Project Management at Riga Technical University (RTU), Latvia. Project administration and lead of NGOs since 2011. During these years she has gained a vast experience in various projects of various scale, both national and international, as well as organized inter alia conferences, seminars, alumni events with more than 9000 participants, etc. She has developed alumni loyalty programme and established mentoring programme in RTU.
