Janet Bullard has been with the University of Hawaii Foundation since 2008. The UH Foundation serves three baccalaureate campuses and seven community colleges and is the only public institution for higher education in the State of Hawaii. She currently serves as vice president overseeing communications and marketing, alumni relations, annual giving, donor relations and special events.

She serves as a commissioner on the CASE Commission on Communications and Marketing. Bullard and her team have received awards for marketing and branding from the International Association of Business Communications and also recognized with the CASE District VII Circle of Excellence Award.

Bullard's professional background is primarily in the private sector serving in key marketing communications roles for brands such as Hilton, the San Diego Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Hawaii Convention Center and Hawaiian Airlines.
