Bio
Jason Boley is a senior associate at Bentz Whaley Flessner, specializing in systems and operations. He works with a variety of fundraising institutions to assess and revise business processes, evaluate and implement technology systems, and use enterprise reporting platforms. He has led multiple CRM implementations, is a trained Salesforce administrator and develops on the Tableau and Microsoft Power BI platforms.
Prior to joining BWF, he served as assistant vice president of development operations for Riley's Children's Foundation. His management responsibilities included prospect research, information technology, gift processing, donor relations and leading Riley's successful database conversion. He also served as the director of prospect management at Purdue University. Additionally, he spent several years supporting systems and information needs for the development office at Wabash College during their successful capital campaign and has also worked as a private consultant.
Boley is a recognized leader in fundraising operations and data analysis. This is his 7th year serving as faculty for CASE SIAS. He has also served multiple times on the faculty of APRA International's Data Analytics Symposium and as the chair of APRA's Analytics Body of Knowledge initiative.
He earned a master's degree in library science from Indiana University and a bachelor's degree from Hanover College, majoring in history and theological studies. He participates in numerous professional organizations and has spoken frequently at local and national conferences, including CASE, AASP, APRA-IN and APRA International.
