Bio

Jeff joined The Thacher School in Ojai, California in 2015 and serves as the school's director of advancement. Jeff oversees all aspects of development and fundraising at Thacher. Under his leadership, Thacher has significantly surpassed its $175M capital campaign goal, alumni and parent participation numbers have been some of the highest in the nation, and the annual fund has grown by more than 65%.

During his tenure, CASE has consistently recognized Thacher with its Sustained Excellence Award. Jeff started his career at Middlesex School, where he held roles in the annual fund and their record-setting capital campaign. In 2001, he joined the Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, MA, as their director of development during which time he led a $100M+ capital campaign and increased annual giving 3x. Following his tenure at Nobles, he became managing director of New Profit - one of the leading “venture-philanthropy” firms in America - where he raised $130M to help scale some of the most promising social innovations across America. Immediately preceding Thacher, Jeff was a managing director and the head of philanthropic services at Roundtable Investment Partners, which is a shared family office headquartered in NYC.
