Jennifer Goins is Senior Major Gift Officer for Principal Gifts with the Bon Secours Mercy Health Foundation in Richmond, Virginia. She is a practiced advancement professional, leading all aspects of the advancement enterprises. She has created resource development infrastructure, fundraising programs, and special events to assist organizations in sustaining ongoing annual support and planning for future growth. She specializes in capital campaign management and major gifts. Two of these efforts were recognized with CASE Circle of Excellence Awards. Jennifer’s breadth of experience includes working with faith-based schools of theology, public and private universities, healthcare systems, academic medical systems, and small, mission-based nonprofit organizations. She is now building a Development and Alumni Program for the Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing and raising major gifts for the College and Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center. Jennifer also serves on the Richmond Public Library Foundation.
