Jess is the Alumni Relations Manager, College of Social Sciences at the University of Birmingham. In her more than ten years at Birmingham, she has also served as Student Engagement Officer, Scholarship Coordinator, and Outreach Officer. Previously, she was Marketing Manager at the University of Wolverhampton.

Jess holds a bachelor's degree in communication, culture, and media from Coventry University, and earned her master's degree in Marketing from the Charted Institute of Marketing.
