Jim started his career as a director for NBC, before becoming a founding partner of Michael Walters Advertising.  Jim has been a brand expert speaking around the country to help industries like: Financial Services, Insurance, Franchise Marketing, Higher Education, Healthcare and Sports Marketing. With an endless passion for storytelling and building brands, Jim has helped grow many national brands such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, the Chicago Cubs, Paul Mitchell, Morton’s Steakhouse, Northeastern University and many more.
