Keryn is the lead manager of Student Giving at Nanyang Technological University(NTU) and oversees the strategic planning and execution of the university's effort to inculcate a culture of giving among students. Keryn has already demonstrated tremendous success in growing student-giving participation by over 50%. This accomplishment was driven by her strong belief that student giving enables students' self-discovery of how they fit into the world at large and develops them into active citizens for the community. It was also fuelled by Keryn's deep understanding of the youth psyche from her many years at the Ministry of Education planning and leading programmes to engage and develop youths, where she attained various outstanding awards.
