In January 2019, after enduring one too many New England winters, Ki Perry assumed the role of Director of Development at Tampa Preparatory School in Tampa, FL. Prior to that she had been a key contributor to and leader of development teams at several independent schools in the Boston area, most recently serving as Director of Institutional Advancement at Fessenden where she successfully completed a $30M comprehensive capital campaign, the School’s largest in their history.

Her other independent school development experience includes serving as Director of Development at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School and Kingsley Montessori School as well as Director of Graduate and Parent Giving for Noble and Greenough School. Ki prides herself on building sustainable development programs and increasing both dollars raised and overall philanthropic culture. In addition to Ki’s work with schools, she led fundraising and communications efforts at various social service organizations and held marketing positions at Scholastic and Kaplan in New York City early in her career. She holds a B.A. from Lafayette College and an M.B.A. in Strategy and Non-Profit Management from Boston University.
