Lyn has worked in the education sector for 17 years, most recently in advancement at St Andrew's Cathedral School as Director of Community Engagement. Lyn's responsibilities include working with stakeholder groups and associations including alumni and parents, and her diverse portfolio includes community events, volunteer management and fundraising. Initially a parent volunteer at the school, she gained valuable insight into how the school's community works and how to leverage their interests, passions and motivations to increase donors and donations resulting in an unprecedented record of funds being raised in one day. Her previous work experience includes adult education, students with learning disabilities and publishing.
