Marion commenced her career within the airline industry working in corporate sales for British Airways. A passionate advocator for customer service and experience, Marion transferred her skills to the education sector and has worked with independent schools for the past 10 years' having held senior leadership roles. An active and enthusiastic contributor to strategy and implementation, Marion enjoys working together with leadership to produce outcomes of growth and progression.
