Bio

Merrell Milano is an accomplished executive with experience in advancing fundraising and engagement programs. Currently serving as Deputy Vice-President, Advancement Services at the University of Queensland, she oversees a portfolio of information management, insights and operations teams. Her expertise spans business analysis, process development, change management and project management all to align technology and operations with the unique needs and best practices of non-profit institutions. Prior to joining UQ, Merrell spent a decade as an Associate Vice President at BWF, an international fundraising consultancy, with a specialisation in fundraising operations and systems, helping clients design and implement data-driven operations and effective technology to achieve fundraising and engagement success. Merrell has spoken and volunteered for CASE for many years, including serving as a Faculty Member of the CASE Institute in Advancement Services. Merrell is a graduate of New York University.
