Mira has ten years of work experience in the field of higher education in different roles. With a background in volunteering, Mira also used to be a chair of alumni association of her own discipline at the University of Turku. Mira has been working with alumni relations at the University of Turku under the Engagement and Impact unit since 2018. Her work consists mainly of communication and collaboration with internal and external partners but also of strategic planning and development of new ideas and activities. Mira is also responsible for the student mentoring programme where our alumni mentor future experts.
