Molly Gerber, vice president of principal gifts and chief strategy officer, joined the Office of Institutional Advancement at Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health in 2006. She earned a master's degree in business administration from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor's degree from Trinity College. She has built out Jefferson's corporate and foundation relations team, overseeing more than 12 million dollars in CFR funds in FY 2018. She also leads the strategy behind all principle gift proposals, steering multiple multimillion dollar gifts to the institution from some of Philadelphia's most prestigious philanthropists.
