As Vice President for Advancement, Nikki works closely with the President’s Office, the Mount Board of Trustees, the Advancement team, and the Mount community to strengthen the college’s culture of philanthropy, enhance the college’s outreach to the community, and advance the college’s mission, vision, and goals. Nikki was formerly Assistant Vice President of Alumnae and Parent Engagement and The Scripps Fund at Scripps College in Claremont, Calif. Under her leadership, she and her team grew The Scripps Fund 44 percent – from $2.5 to $3.5 million – in just one year. Khurana-Baugh is a respected speaker on college giving, and has presented at the CASE National Conference on Parent and Family Engagement, and the CASE District VII Conference.
